Responsibilities will include: Developing links with potential collection sites in the community Initiating a programme to ensure that sites are regularly visited, even if only to say ‘hello’ Collecting boxes as appropriate and leaving new boxes in their place Counting donations (and buttons) from boxes and ensuring accurate receipting and accounting of income, in accordance with Action for Children Reporting, Banking and Administrative Procedures Sending thank you letters / certificates to outlets with details of amounts raised
