]Admin and Office Work
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to support the Crisis Skylight South Wales team with the day to day running of the office by responding to telephone calls and requests, maintaining registers and keeping materials up to date. You will be part of our busy, friendly office environment with the chance to gain further skills and to learn about homelessness.

Premises type: Office Based
Public transport: Swansea bus and train station
Is this role flexible? We are looking for someone who can commit to one full day or a half day a week. Ideally on the same day but this could be discussed for the right person.
Min hours expected per week: 3 hours
Min period of commitment: ideally we are looking for someone for a minimum of 12 weeks with the potential for the role to continue
Requirements: Basic IT Skills, Good communication, Telephone skills.

Volunteers will be carrying out the activities:
/ Alone/ In a group/ With paid staff
You will be based in our office with the rest of our team including staff and volunteers. There will be some opportunity to go to our outreach premises to gain a full understanding of the service we run and we offer on going training opportunities that may be off site in a group environment.
Training provided: Volunteer induction and ongoing training for the role - we also offer any other identified training needs where possible.
Age requirements: 17+
