Volunteers required to support the Project supervisors and take on responsibility of services users with mental health, in the absence of the supervisor. To maintain and plant the gardens in Llanfoist allotments and in Mardy Park, Abergavenny

Requirements: Gardening or horticulture experience, and be confident to take responsibility for services users with mental health, in the absence of the supervisor


Support offered:

/ Induction/ One to one supervision/ Peer support/ Mentoring/buddying


Volunteers will be carrying out the activities:

/ Alone/ In a group/ With other volunteers


Additional support needs: Qualifications in horticulture, Health and Safety, manual handling and other relevant required of the role.


Training provided: Qualifications in horticulture, Health and Safety, manual handling and other relevant to the role.

Age requirements: 18+
