Diverse Cymru is growing the Board of Trustees and we’re looking for fresh ideas, skills and experience to help guide the development and shape the future of a unique Welsh charity. Is this role flexible? Board meetings are held at regular intervals, with sub-committees also meeting.

Min period of commitment:

Requirements: We seek to create a board of Trustees with a skills and experience mix that covers the following: • understanding of the Service User’s perspective and a knowledge of equality in practice. • financial management • fundraising • legal matters • marketing • public relations • recruitment and personnel management, including a knowledge of employment legislation • risk management/management systems • technology • campaigning This is not an exhaustive list, and skills and experience from any walk of life will be considered.

Volunteers will be carrying out the activities:

Training provided: Training can provided if needed.
