]Admin and Office Work, Advice Work and Counselling

Acting as a first point of contact for clients who contact us via webchat. You will make an initial assessment of the client's issue in a short interview then send the client links to information such as fact sheets and self help information on our website. You will also discuss options with the client if further advice is required.
