Emmaus is a homelessness charity providing more than just a bed for the night to people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion. This is an exciting opportunity to volunteer with a locally based, expanding social enterprise and gain valuable retail experience. Shop Merchandising- If you are very organised and have an eye for detail, you can assist us with our displays, ensuring customers are able to find the products they want quickly. Till Operation- Support the shop by learning to use our EPOS system, serve customers and ensure they have a beneficial visit to the shop. Washing / Cleaning / Steaming Stock- Having stock of the best quality, in the finest possible condition is important to us. If you enjoy sorting through clothes, washing and steaming then come and along and help. Customer Service- If you enjoy talking to people, why not volunteer to do just that.
