• To sort donations when they arrive into items for immediate sale or to be held in the stock room. • Recycle items that are not suitable for sale in line with store procedures • Ensure the stockroom is organised in an appropriate fashion ensuring stock can be easily identified when needed.

Each shop has a manager, deputy, volunteers and companions
