Guide Dogs Cymru branch members include the roles of secretary, treasurer, trading secretary and collection box co-ordinators plus branch members who help with local fundraising activities throughout the year. These activities include collections, attending local shows/events with the trading stall, organising concerts/music events, coffee mornings, afternoon teas and others. Secretary will take notes at branch meetings, organise collections and general paperwork. Treasurer responsible for counting money from collections, paying-in to the bank and looking after the branch accounts. Trading secretary sells the (Guide Dogs) trading stock and accountable for inventory and dealing with sales. Collection box co-ordinators look after a number of placed collection boxes and life-sized dogs in their local area.
