To staff the reception desk, answer the telephone, deal effectively with queries and signpost to other staff within the organisation.. To provide a warm welcome to visitors and users of our services. Main duties To answer the telephone, make transfers, check emails To welcome visitors and users of the service and deal with their queries To carry out small administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and printing

Is this role flexible? Volunteers will be offered flexible hours of work between the hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We are particularly keen to attract volunteers who can work on Mondays and/or Fridays.

Support offered:

Volunteers will be carrying out the activities:

/ With paid staff


Training provided: Volunteers will be given an induction by the administrator on their first morning and will be encouraged to take up training opportunities that are available for example: IT, Office Administration, etc.

Age requirements: 17 - 60
