The main responsibilities of the Volunteer Team Leader are To monitor and support all volunteer activities To provide reports on a monthly basis to the Volunteers Coordinator on progress and developments relating to these activities To understand current Leukaemia CARE initiatives and to provide proactive support, leading Leukaemia CARE involvement on the ground namely, support groups, patient information folders, establishing strong links between your regional volunteers, get involved in the proactive recruitment of new volunteers, to develop a programme of visits to regional centres of interest, ensure volunteers know about all fundraising events and to maintain high standards and a consistency of CARE delivery
