Deaf Association Wales provide support, advice, guidance and services for deaf people in Wales. To involve deaf youth in decision making processes and to provide Deaf Equality Training and BSL courses.

Deaf Association Wales currently has the following volunteering opportunities:

  • Administration
  • Advocacy
  • BSL Tutor Training
  • Counselling (Training)
  • Deaf Equality
  • IT
  • Mentoring
  • NVQ Training for Deaf people
  • Project Management
  • Support for the improvement of BSL skills
  • Working with Deaf Youth

Age not prescribed as both youth and beyond retirement age use the centre, thus all experience welcome.  Disclosures will be undertaken.

PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO THOSE WHO ARE DEAF, OR WHO ARE LEARNING BSL.  (THIS IS A CULTURAL DEAF ENVIRONMENT).
