The charity are looking for a team of people who want to make a difference to the lives of UK's most vulnerable children. At certain times of the year, fundraisers and volunteers are especially busy and at these times, we will contact you to see if you're available to help out. We may ask you to spare a couple of hours helping out in one of our offices, or to help at a fundraising event. The role is good for those who can't commit a specific amount of time volunteering; we'll simply contact you if we need an extra pair of hands. There's absolutely no commitment - you choose how often you volunteer and whether the activity and date suits you!

Duties could include:

• Stewarding and helping out at a fundraising event, including abseils, running events, quiz nights and balls.
• Helping market these fundraising events by asking local community centres and churches to display promotional flyers.
• Helping with admin in our local office, including counting money from collections and preparing mailings to send out to supporters.
