We are recruiting people in Wales to be part of an amazing new service: Adviceline Cymru. We need people who can spare us a few hours a week (no less than 3) and are willing to be trained to answer the telephone to callers and listen sensitively whilst they explain their problem. You will develop skills in listening and questioning, identifying key information, and assessing appropriate next steps; taking action when appropriate.
You will become part of an internationally recognised organisation and given all the support and encouragement you need. And, best of all, you'll be helping hundreds of callers get the help and support they desperately need.
Times available for voluntary work
