RESULTS is an international citizens’ advocacy organisation working to end global poverty. Being part of a RESULTS group really makes a difference - groups raise the profile of international development locally and influence those in power to help end poverty. RESULTS has been really effective at getting issues such as TB and HIV; microcredit; education and sanitation onto the political agenda. But poverty is persistent, and we want to have more impact, more quickly. We would like to expand our network further and have an even bigger impact – so we’re currently looking for individuals or groups willing to act as ‘hosts’ for group launch events in areas across Wales where there is no RESULTS group at present. Hosts play a vital role by helping us identify a venue for an introductory event and committing to get a group of interested people along.

We’re looking for people interested in ending poverty to act as ‘hosts’ for RESULTS group launch events across Wales.
