Volunteer mentors work with a young person on a regular one to one basis to help them achieve their goals and build their confidence.  Mentors might be helping a young person to pursue a hobby or interest, access employment and education and provide practical lifeskills.  Volunteers meet young people on a regular basis (at least once per month).
