To monitor online press, magazines and newspapers to find stories about LGB people and issues and collect them. Or to monitor TV channels or radio stations to find programs and stories about LGB people and issues and collect them by means of short summaries of programs.
To identify publications, websites, TV channels and radio stations Stonewall Cymru need to be looking at more closely and to respond to negative stories. To work with the press and LGB people to offer case studies and positive images and stories of LGB life in Wales. By joint decision this role may develop into writing press releases and/or writing to the editor working closely with staff member responsible for communications and media interaction.
