This role involves assisting the Commercial Team in providing outstanding customer service to visitors and increasing on-site spend at appropriate opportunities in all retail areas. The three main areas of focus are the Castle Gift Shop, the Second Hand Book Shop, and the Craft & Design Gallery where responsibilities will include ensuring stock is neatly displayed and readily available, handling and recording payment transactions and receiving and sorting book donations ready for pricing.
