Admissions assistants are visitor's first point of contact with Bodelwyddan Castle. This role involves the use of a till and cash handling at one of several admission points to sell admissions tickets, guide books and selected merchandise to visitors, distribution of audio-guides, site maps, children's quizzes and trails, responding to visitor's enquiries and keeping the admission point tidy and presentable at all times, ensuring all merchandise, promotional material and interpretation material is stocked.
