Suggested Involvement: 3 days per week (office hours Mon -Fri)
Supervised by: Community Fundraiser
To assist with fundraising tasks at the Community Fundraising Office based at the Mold Office
Main tasks:
· To provide administration support within the fundraising office
· Type letters and reports using Word processing package and undertake other computer work as necessary
· Help update Focus database records.
· Assist staff and volunteers with office duties such as mailing, filing, inventories and ordering stationary
· Telephone charity supporters to secure sites for daffodil boxes, name the bear, and other fundraising opportunities
· Provide support in the planning and preparation of fundraising activities
· Assist other staff and volunteers in the distribution of posters, leaflets, and raffle tickets
· Keep updated with changes and developments within Marie Curie Cancer Care
