The Penllergare Trust are looking for a Director Trustee As a Director/Trustee, participating in the strategic direction of the Trust - As Company Secretary and Treasurer, the functioning of the Trust in compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures; advising the Board and acting accordingly, including statutory reporting - Setting, monitoring and controlling the operational budgets, cash-flows and expenditure - Planning and implementing the Trust's policy on funding and contract management, with particular emphasis on generating sustainable revenue - Line manager of Project Manager and Head of Community Engagement & Education (both in post) - Liaising at peer level with Swansea Council, as well as with other stakeholders in all sectors
