Responsibilities will include: ·         Developing links with potential collection sites in the community ·         Initiating a programme to ensure that sites are regularly visited, even if only to say ‘hello’ ·         Collecting boxes as appropriate and leaving new boxes in their place ·         Counting donations (and buttons) from boxes and ensuring accurate receipting and accounting of income, in accordance with Action for Children Reporting, Banking and Administrative Procedures ·         Sending thank you letters / certificates to outlets with details of amounts raised
