BulliesOut was established in May 2006 to provide help, support and
information to individuals, schools, youth and community settings affected
by bullying. The Charity works across Wales and all of our activities are
delivered by a team of volunteers - which we are seeking to expand.
• To attend schools and youth groups who are interested in our Peer
Mentor Programme and discuss the programme with them. The school may
also request you discuss the scheme with the pupils and encourage them
to volunteer as Mentors
• To deliver the programme using the standard materials provided
• To ensure all relevant forms and contracts are completed and signed by
the appointed representative from the school and passed to the Project
Manager
• To ensure the student mentors are given all necessary resources
• To offer ongoing communication and support to the school to ensure the
success and sustainability of the scheme
• Ensure the project resources are re-stocked and kept organised
• To liaise with the Project Manager in order to:
• Agree the content of the programme
• Provide ongoing progress reports
