Volunteers 16+ are needed to promote this charity which aims to provide children around the world with a daily meal.

Volunteers would be involved in creating an appeal called the ‘Backpack Project’ in their own school. Pupils would be encouraged to fill a school bag with every day school items, which would then be sent to children throughout the world. Volunteers could also be responsible for recruiting other pupils onto the volunteer team, researching the mission of the charity, giving a presentation to the school, managing fundraising events, etc. Sixth Formers working towards their Welsh Bacc. are particularly welcome as the commitment will be roughly 30 hours over the year.
