Work with Stonewall Cymru staff and local adult mentors to develop your own campaigns to tackle homophobic bullying

Outside volunteers for truck work and infrastructure maintainence, such as level crossing, lines and line side clearance Black Hand Gang - Phase 4 construction work plus track maintenance, line side maintenance and building work

Founded in 1982, Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) is the UK's leading HIV and sexual health charity, providing a range of direct services to people affected by HIV or other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI's).

THT Cymru is looking for a volunteer to provide administration and reception support to Cardiff Office to add value to the services provided.  The type of tasks/activities you could be involved with -

  • Providing reception cover to include answering the telephone, email, greeting visitors and distributing mail
  • Maintain, order and keep up to date stock of publications, newsletters and any resources
  • Maintain stationery and displays of any literature, newsletters and publications
  • Mail-outs:  production and distribution of newsletters and promotional material for events and services
  • Assist with and update information on databases i.e. maintain client and volunteer information
  • Provide information relating to our services to clients and volunteers 
  • General administrative tasks e.g. photocopying, filing
