Scheme This Summer Barnardo's has a wide range of exciting volunteer internship opportunities available across the UK. We have volunteer internship opportunities in departments such as Corporate Partnerships, Policy and Research, Events, Fundraising Marketing, Publishing and Communications and Children's Services.

 A 3 month volunteer internship with Barnardo's gives you a chance to experience; *A realistic insight into working in the charity sector * An opportunity to develop your workplace skills * A hands on experience, working on a number of interesting projects *An opportunity to develop both personally and professionally *A chance a make a real difference to the charity.

 The Summer 2009 volunteer internship scheme will run from 29 June, for 3 months. The deadline for applications is 18 May 2009. Interviews will take place during May and June.
