Administration and Office Work:
To keep account of the branches financial transactions
To open and maintain branch bank accounts to the optimum benefit of the branch
To supply the committee with regular reports of the branch's financial status
To arrange for branch accounts to be examined (where necessary) and sent the completed annuall financial return to National Office within agreed timescales
To present final accounts at the branch annural general meeting
To arrange collection of local membership subscriptions (where appropriate and no membership secretary in place)
To ensure that the branch's financial resources meet its present and future commitments within the PDS recommended limits
Charity Shops and Retail:
Mentors will work closely with service staff at the retail department for two hours a week for a minimum period of six months
