Volunteers aged 13+ are required to become one of the producers for Bro Radio. This is a VERY important roll which will require commitment and reliability. Responsible to the Station Manager, you will be producing one of a wide range of programmes including breakfast, mid-morning, drivetime, news, sport and specialist. Assisting the presenter, booking guests and completing research. You need to have self-confidence to deal directly with presenters and artists and to promote your particular radio show. **CURRENTLY  NOT  AVAILABLE**
Good communcation skills are essential to work with colleagues and most importantly, your audience. It helps to be organised and above all, creativity is an essential quality. You must come up with freshy and original ideas to set your work apart from the rest. You will be able to pull programmes out of a hat, sometimes to very tight deadlines, creating exceptional features with attention to detail. You will need to take full responsibility for the programme(s) you are producing to ensure it follows the station format, policy and the terms of our licence. You will be passionate about the music we play and the area we serve. Although your passion and creativity will be firmly in place, full training will be provided. You will also be working on outside broadcast, road shows and other promotional events. Training on the use of studio equipment is provided.
