MEND is one of the UK's most innovative and effective health and well-being programmes and is a free 10 week, fun and local healthy living programme, getting children and their families fitter, healthier and happier.

The multi-component programme is for children is for children aged 7-13, and places emphasis on practical and fun learning based sessions designed to deliver improvements in families' overall health and well-being and fitness.

The Theory Assistant will help with the successful delivery of theory led sessions that incorporate aspects on nutrition and behaviour change and cover valuable principles to help families build a foundation for healthy living.
