It’s there for you 24/7 and now it’s asking you to give 2 hours back. Love Nature Collection Week is between 30 May and 7 June 2009. Volunteers from the RSPB will be collecting money at hundreds of different sites around the country. We need your help, and with so many places, there’s sure to be one near you! The RSPB speaks out for wildlife, tackling real issues that threaten our countryside, the climate and the birds and animals that we all love. This is your chance to help support nature.

Love Nature Week will run from Saturday 30 May to Sunday 7 June 2009. All you need to do is to stand in a busy town centre or shopping mall for a couple of hours (at a time convenient to you), meet the public, tell them about the RSPB and collect donations. We’ll give you everything you need: a cool tabard (there is such a thing), a tin to collect people’s change and a box of pin badges to give out in return as a thank you. We hope to have thousands of volunteer collectors at hundreds of locations across the UK - we've booked more than 150 sites. Now we need enthusiastic, fun people who want to make a difference for nature.
