Description of volunteering duties: Administrative duties Filing Form Filling Other general office chores Assisting clients to fill in social fund forms/ helping with housing benefit forms Referring clients onto relevant agencies Client assessments To work alongside and support experienced staff within our teams To help provide a client focussed support service to our clients To safeguard and promote the best interests of our clients and work as part of a team Make appropriate referrals to suitable agenices (including appropriate accomodation) that can help people resolve their problems
