Duties may include; Stewarding and helping out at fundraising events Marketing events by getting local instiutions to display promotional materials Helping with administration in th local office

Reference:

Location: Merthyr Tydfil area and/or Cynon Valley

Volunteers will disseminate information to people who have had or who are at risk of a stroke by taking part in some or all of the following activities:

· transporting information leaflets & promotional material to locations such as GP surgeries, public libraries, community centres etc

· helping to staff information stands at events

· signposting people to support information/groups

· delivering talks & presentations at health information days in the community using prepared materials.
