Location: Blackwood area initially with the aim to expand to other schools in the Caerphilly borough.
The aims of the organisation is to support schools in adopting the concept of a health promoting school. Enabling schools to engage the whole school community in initiatives which promote healthy eating, increased levels of physical activity, improvements in the school environment, emotional well being, and awareness of drugs, alcohol an smoking and the importance of good hygiene.

Volunteers will be required to assist in the planning and delivery of an after school club which is designed to improve the self confidence, communication & social skills of a group of pupils identified by their primary schools.

The club will involve a range of fun activities such as art work, circle time and other activities etc.

You will be working closely with primary school aged children, in an after school club environment.
