The Penrhys Partnership is looking for volunteers to support the annual Penrhys Carnival, which takes place in August. Planning begins in April, and tasks include working with children and young people, arts and crafts, moving equipment, labouring, distributing leaflets, running stalls, safety and stewarding etc.
