Enable young people to maintain part time work experience / paid employment through training and support in the workplace.

Elite SEA peer support mentors needed to support someone of a similar age to themselves with additional educational needs, aged 15 -19 years of age. Volunteers will implement and continue a job training programme in the workplace, on a one to one basis and promote integration with other employees in the workplace.

Volunteers must be aged 16 - 18 years of age.
